Bhagwati Shetty is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Comviva. Her focus areas around the people strategy and the cultural transformation at Comviva, plays a pivotal role in shaping a high-performance, agile, and innovation-driven workplace which enables the organization’s journey towards rapid global expansion and hyper growth.

A purpose-driven and highly adaptable thought leader, Bhagwati brings over 16 years of rich experience across the Manufacturing, Technology, Telecom, and Financial Services sectors. In her diverse roles across organizations such as Vodafone, Wipro, Cummins, Aegon Life and Tech Mahindra, she has demonstrated a strong performance track record and acquired deep expertise in people leadership across industries. Bhagwati believes in living by her core values of agility, courage and curiosity and she is deeply passionate about her work around inclusion.

In her previous role, at the Mahindra Group, she worked as a strategic partner to the CXOs and led the people agenda for Group verticals such as Technology, Strategy, Sustainability, Audit, Public Affairs, Risk & HR along with spearheading ‘Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI)’ initiatives across the larger Mahindra Group. Bhagwati’s strongest contribution has been in building future leaders who drive growth mindset and an inclusive culture, enabling the organization to ‘rise to be future-ready’.

Bhagwati holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (SIMS), Pune and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from the Mumbai University.
